  • Follow all safety protocols while performing maintenance duties.
  • Using our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), receive work orders which identify faulty equipment, and acquire parts and equipment to complete repairs. 
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on all equipment, including CNC machines and other production equipment, and keep records using maintenance software.
  • Dismantle machines, replace defective parts, reassemble machines and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation.
  • Repair production equipment from basic equipment to complex CNC machinery, performing work on both mechanical and control systems.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and complete projects such as mechanical and control system upgrades.
  • Communicate accurately, concisely, and professionally with your customers as to repairs needed, parts ordered, and time estimated until completion.
  • Help develop and maintain spare parts inventory and cataloging of same.
  • Participating in daily shift meetings, prioritize and review work orders to schedule daily work.
  • Work independently on projects of great complexity and provide training to less experienced maintenance staff. Interact with equipment manufacturers for parts and technical information.
  • Inform Facilities Manager of project status, parts or supplies needs to be ordered.
  • Acquire new systems knowledge, better positioning you for advancement.
  • Maintain clean work area and ensure all tools are in good working order.


  • Expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance experience required (3+ years' experience).
  • Able to troubleshoot and repair mechanical machinery, processes and facilities, as well as troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and systems.
  • Minimum of 3 years CNC machine and control, PLC, and robotics experience required
  • Understand electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
  • High ability to analyze, troubleshoot and perform repairs.
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge and/or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) knowledge is desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
  • A team player that is highly disciplined, problem solver with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Able to lift and carry products and/or equipment of up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, schematics and complex instruction sets.
  • First rate customer service for internal and external customers.
  • Strong sense of organization and follow through.
