If you've been thinking about a career as a welder/fitter, this is a great opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business. In the development program, you will learn basic metal prep and welding skills. There may be times when you are asked to assist in other areas such as assembly, saw, burn table depending on the build schedule.

This would be a 6-month training development program with the goal that the employee gains enough basic skills to transition into a Welder/Fitter 1 role with JCI and begin a career welding.

Successful candidates should have a High school diploma.  Must be able to pass basic JCI weld test. Experience in forklift, overhead crane and rigging is desired.
